“These guys were honest and kind. A warning light came on while traveling through Nebraska City with my sister to her husband's burial in Kansas. Luckily, out of the auto repair shops that came up on my phone, we chose the right one! The gentlemen there were kind about our situation and checked out the problem immediately. Fortunately, it was only the low tire warning (who knew? they did!). They wouldn't take any money. We were back on the road and made it to Kansas on time. They are trustworthy and we were grateful!”

“As I was traveling across the country, I pulled in here for some advice concerning a leaky transmission. Mr. Walters and his grandson were kind and helpful. I decided to take my chances and continue on. My vehicle decided it would go no further. I am a knowledgeable and competent home mechanic and realized I would need a new transmission. Mr. Walters went to work, finding one that would fit my vehicle. I'm thankful that shops like this still exist in America: Honest, Fair and Friendly. I was in the right place, at the right time. And now I have a transmission with a Nationwide Warranty and new friends in the middle of the Nation.”

My son and I were stranded near Nebraska City if you are within 50 miles of this place get yourself there whether you're towed or not. It is the cleanest shop you will ever see. The shop is next to their homes and they treat you like family.”

“We were traveling through and air conditioner went out. Called and said he would get us in. Pulled in and he right away pulled a car out and took ours in its spot. It took an hour to fix. Himself and staff were pleasant and helpful. Very uncommon for a shop to go out of their way like this. Would definitely use the shop again if in the area.”
“We were driving from Omaha to Kansas City and our car started overheating. We had no idea what to do and were going to have to call family to drive an hour to pick us up and tow us back to Omaha. First we searched for a repair shop in Nebraska City and are *so* glad that we did.
The shop has a friendly, family atmosphere and we were welcomed in. They hoisted the car up on their lift inspected the radiator, fans, etc and determined that our problem was a bad radiator cap that had caused us to loose coolant. With the new radiator cap, coolant and oil topped off they told us we were good to go for driving the rest of the way to KC and our road trip was saved.
Instead of inconveniencing family, we drove down to KC, around the city, and back to Omaha with zero problems thanks to Bill Walters & Son.”
